General Terms and Conditions – Eco Logé Höfke

Welcome to Eco Logé Höfke! We look forward to welcoming you to our place full of peace, nature and simplicity. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have drawn up a number of agreements.

1. Reservation & payment

A reservation is only final once the (down)payment has been received, as stated in our confirmation. We kindly ask you to pay the amount prior to your stay, unless we have agreed otherwise together.

Our Eco tent costs €85.00 per night. Breakfast per person, per night is €10.00.

These costs include final cleaning and use of our facilities. The price excludes tourist tax, deposit (€100.00 to be paid upon arrival), and consumed drinks from our outdoor kitchen.

2. Cancellation

It may happen that your plans change. In that case, we apply the following conditions: • Up to 7 days before arrival: full refund • Between 7 and 4 days before arrival: 50% will be charged • Within 4 days before arrival or in case of no-show: the full amount will be charged

In case of force majeure on our side (such as extreme weather conditions) we reserve the right to cancel your stay. Of course you will then receive a full refund.

3. Check-in & check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM • Check-out: until 11:00 AM

Would you like to arrive a little earlier or stay a little longer? Let us know - in consultation something is often possible.

4. During your stay

• Our tent is non-smoking • Pets are welcome only if this has been agreed with us in advance 🐾 • We ask for silence between 22:00 and 08:00, so that everyone - people and animals - can enjoy the peace 🌌 • We trust that you will treat the facilities and nature around you with care. Any damage may be charged.

5. Liability

During your stay you are responsible for your own belongings and personal safety. We cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, theft or accidents.

6. Sustainability & care for nature

We believe it is important to treat nature with respect. That is why we ask: • Use water and electricity sparingly (we work largely on solar energy) • Use only biodegradable care products - good for soil life and our filter system • Separate your waste in the appropriate containers

7. What to expect

You will sleep in a spacious, attractively furnished tent with: • Made-up beds and soft solar-powered lighting • A warm outdoor shower and a simple indoor toilet • A cozy outdoor kitchen with everything you need to cook tasty and relaxed meals: pans, crockery, herbs, oil and a stove
