Come slow down in our permaculture garden.
Here, we're gradually building a more sustainable, self-sufficient life. We work with the seasons, care for the soil, and let nature take its course as much as possible.
We also welcome guests amidst the fruit and vegetables. You'll literally spend the night in the garden. Wake up to the sound of birdsong, among free-range chickens, taste what grows here, and experience the tranquility of the countryside.
Eco Logé Höfke is primarily our permaculture garden in the making, with the aim of leading a more self-sufficient, sustainable life.
This means that we work with the seasons, restore the soil and gradually create a landscape in which vegetables, fruit, animals and biodiversity reinforce each other.
Currently, we are the proud owners of sheep, chickens, and a Labrador. Looking further into the future, we hope to have pigs and runner ducks join us to support the permaculture garden and contribute to our system.
We not only value sustainable living, we also want to share it with others. You're welcome to stay overnight in one of our three glamping tents, share in the harvest, and enjoy everything the garden has to offer. You can have breakfast, dinner, and even help out in the garden. Something for everyone.
